What we eat is fuel for our body therefore it is important to give your body the best and most balanced diet. This includes the right amount of macro nutrients; protein, fats and carbohydrates, along with all the micronutrients: vitamins and minerals. The quality of this food is important too.

It is my job to determine whether your food intake and eating habits are really optimum for your health or, in some circumstances, if they are contributing to your ill health. I can then give you clear plans to make improvements so that you can achieve good health.
